Na categoria de cinema, Emilia Pérez destaca-se surpreendentemente com 10 nomeações, incluindo Melhor Filme (Comédia ou Musical) e Melhor Realização, comprovando ser um dos maiores filmes nesta temporada de prémios. A longa-metragem musical é seguida por The Brutalist com 7 nomeações, que, apesar da sua duração intimidante, continua a demonstrar-se como um monumento cinemático neste tempo festivo. Na categoria de televisão, a nova temporada de The Bear mantém consistência ao repetir 5 nomeações, seguido pela estreia arrebatadora de Shogun e pela comédia charmosa de Only Murders in the Building.
